L2Y thermally conductive silicone sheet THERMO-SIL®HARD TYPE (TCH series)with high thermally conductive rubber sheet is best suited for power transistor or thermistor, etc. They provide excellent heat conductivity and a cushioning effect. They has excellent mechanical and physical characteristics. The reinforcing fiberglass gives excellent cut through resistance. The TCH series are available in sheet, tape, or as O-rings.
