The system process include CdS treatment, CdS particle remove, web rinse and web dry process.
Special heating plate and applicator design can ensure the uniformity of liquid flow and temperature on the web.
Use aspirator to reduce equipment damage caused by waste water.
Chemical delivery system can precisely control solution concentration.
Special brush design can ensure no CdS residue on the backside of substrate without affecting CIGS layer.
Throughput speed is adjustable from 1 to 2m/min, estimated output is around 20~25MW/y。
