ELECTRO-SIL®
ELECTRO-SIL®is a total EMI/EMC management system. There are Electrically Conductive Elastomer(ECH), Foam Gasket(FG), Conductive Cushion(CC), Flexible Absorber(FA), and Conductive Tape(CT).
Electrically Conductive Elastomer (ECH Series)
were filled with conductive metal powder, must be used for shielding against EMC/EDS and environmental sealing. Also it provides damping of mechanical vibration and spacing between grounded surface.
Foam Gaskets (FG Series)
maintain shielding effectiveness across a seam or gap in the electronic equipment of shielding of shielding material FG Series consist of conductive fabrics wrapped around elastomer core.
Conductive Cushion (CC Series)
has not only electrical conductivity (in volume and surface only) but mechanical cushion. Property of mechanical cushion protects LCD from shock.
Conductive Tapes (CT Series)
are usually used to cover up a seam on an electronic enclosure. It is available in both conductive fabric and foil materials, and these material have a good electrical conductivity.

General Description
The challenge for the EMI/EDS industry created a highly conductive shielding gasket that maintains its 
mechanical integrity long-term. Our Electrically Conductive Elastomer (ECH), which were filled with conductive metal powder, must be used for shielding against EMC/EDS and environmental sealing. Also it provides damping of mechanical vibration and spacing between grounded surface. ECH has three types (molded, Extruded and Cast), and they are provides a highly effective shielding that has flexibility and conformability. We can provide die cutting og the sheets to your specification, and available to provide not only custom shape but custom specification.
